This is similar to an auction. We tag every item for sale. On sale day we have plenty of personel to make sure the sale goes smoothly. The sale will be well advertised

If you do not wish to deal with an Auction or Tag Sale we will give you a fair price on the contents and purchase the estate ourselves
Appraisal Service:
We do offer an Appraisal Service. We can appraise a single item or an entire household.
